About Me

I’m an instructional designer focused on creating practical, engaging learning experiences that build real-world skills.

I bring six years of experience designing learning solutions that develop critical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to navigate complex ideas. I’ve built curriculum from the ground up, redesigned underperforming programs, and turned ambiguous challenges into structured, effective learning experiences.

Today, I design human-centered training that’s realistic and directly tied to performance. I’m especially drawn to scenario-based learning and simulations that help people practice decision-making before it matters most.

When I’m not designing, I’m usually at home with my incredible wife and our three boys, reading a Pulitzer Prize-winning novel, or listening to Phil Collins. I still have strong opinions about the original Star Wars trilogy—and yes, Andor really was that good.
